SHPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed between one and two business days once prescription and billing info is approved.

WEKENDS

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

SHIPPING LOCATION

All orders are shipped from our headquarters at 326 Concord St Framingham.

TRAKING NUMBER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your shipment to see the delivery status.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are normally from 9am to 7pm on business days. If your package does not get delivered on the first attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. 

After two attempts, we will leave notice of attempted delivery and will try to contact you to rearrange the delivery.

RISK OF DEMAGE IN TRANSIT

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Your right to cancel for a full refund lasts until midnight of the third business day after the sale. 

A refund will be processed and credited back to the original bank account.
